The report includes three sheets namely:
•Project Cost Disbusrement Summary - contains summary of disbursement made for each project contract.
•RFP-Details - contains the details of Request For Payment (RFP) for the given project. It shows also the status of the RFP.
•Actual-Details - contains the details of actual cost incurred for the given project
