Following is an actual Cash Receipt Book for sales of services for a given period. The report is generated from the system and directly exported to excel file or to a pdf file. The journal entries here can be exported to the GL System. Some columns are changed or blurred due to data privacy act.
The excel file contain serveral sheets as described below::
•Books (Journal Type) - journal entries using the traditional journal entry of debit and credit
•Columnar Book - journal entries are recorded using columnar ledger type
•Summary Entry - a compounded summary of all the journal entries
•Collection Summary - summary list of collections
