Audit Trail Columns

The system contains four audit trail columns that instantly show the modification made for each record. Following are the four audit trail columns usually shown at the far right column of the grid:

1. Createdby. This column represents the user who added the record.

2. DateCreated. This column represents the date and time the record was added

3. Modifiedby. This column represents the user who modified an existing record.

4. DateModified. This column represent the date and time the records was modified.

For a detailed audit trail, you can ask your dba for a copy of the SQL log file that logs all the modifications made. Moreover, you may request from the system developer to create an audit trail table to record all the modifications made by the users if you wish to monitor changes on a certain table.
