The system is shipped with the latest ATC. You can update this master list as new ATCs or rates are introduced by BIR.
Step-by-step instructions:
1. Click Cemtral Menu.
2. Select Systems -> BIR
3. Double-click Master Files ->Alpha Tax Code You will be redirected to Alpha Tax Code tab window.
4. Update or add new ATCs as the need arises. Fill-up all the necessary columns as follows.
For tax type column, use the following::
•IT = Income Tax
•PT - Percentage Tax
•VT - VAT
•WE - Withholding Tax - Expanded
•WC - Withholdint Tax - Compensation
•WF - Withholding Tax - Final
•WG - Wihholding ?
5. Click Save when done.
