When installing new copy of Alphalist and eBIForms apps, it is recommended to backup your existing files before installing the new one. You create a backup copy by simply copying the whole folder where you installed the app as follows:
Step-by-step instructions:
1. Open File Explorer
2. Select the Alphalist or eBIRForms folder and apply copy/paste to copy/backup the whole folder
3. Check the newly created folder if all the files are copied.
NOTE: It's is recommended to create a backup copy of your Alphalist and eBIRForms regularly using external drive like USB.
