The Construction Contract Management System (CCMS) is designed for companies engaged in construction or similar services. It manages the billings and collections involving construction contracts for both contracts with clients and sub-contractors. Moreover, it is integrated with the GL System in generating journal entries and the computation of VAT and withholding taxes.
The system supports the billing of downpayment and recoupment thereof on every progress billing. Retention fees, if any, are also taken into consideration in the computation.
