Company Setup




Before you can use the GL system, your system administrator must add your company in the company master file and give rights to access the GL System. If you are the system administrator you may refer in this link for details on how to add and give company access rights.

Updating company information is usually reserved to your system administrator. However, if you are given access to update in the GL system, you can do so as follows:

1. Open Central Menu. Your Central Menu maybe different from the screenshot below as each user can have different menu and access rights.

2. Select Systems -> GL

3. Double-click Master Files ->Company. You will be redirected to Company window tab


4. Update company information. Fill-up properly the Name, TIN, Branch, and Address. Please don't edit your CoID if there are transactions already entered. Be noted that the BIR module does not directly use this master file. It has its own master file for taxpayer because BIR dat files do not accept special characters like &, ', +, etc.

5. Click Save
